Housing for Current & Returning Students​
Please remember that first-year students are required to live on campus for their second year. We guarantee space in our residence halls for all current first-year students going into their second year.
Housing for 2026-27
For the 2026-27 academic year, we will be offering a couple different processes:
- Current 2025-26 first-year students are required to live on campus as part of the Two-Year On-Campus Living Requirement. More information on the timeline and re-application process will be communicated in early February 2026.
- Current Sophomores, Juniors or Seniors, NOT required to live on campus as part of the Two-Year On-Campus Living Requirement will have an opportunity to apply to live on-campus. Limited bedspaces will be available and more information on the timeline and re-application process will be communicated in early February 2026.
- If you have decided that you do not want to live on-campus for the 2026-27 academic year and are considering off-campus housing, we encourage you to connect with Off-Campus Student Life.
- Students who are planning on studying abroad Fall 2026 will be able to apply for Spring 2027 housing in the housing portal when the application becomes available and should not participate in the above processes. Remember second-year students are required to live on campus as part of the Two-Year On-Campus Living Requirement.
Summer Housing
